Shop Policies

Confirming your order means you agree to all Pineapple Chickie shop policies.

 

If a problem arises concerning your order, please contact us through the Contact page or reply to your order confirmation email (with photos of the product if applicable).

 

Payment

We accept payments through PayPal or credit/debit card.

 

Pre-Orders

All pre-orders are FINAL. Please be patient and keep in mind that it may take 4-6 months* for the pins to be made. All pin updates, such as manufacturing and shipping, will be on our Instagram, @pineapplechickieso be sure to follow!

*Due to COVID-19, manufacturing and processing times may be delayed.

 

Cancellations and Exchanges

All purchases are FINAL. Pineapple Chickie does not allow cancellations or exchanges. (Note: “Exchange” means we will not allow changing one pin design for another because you changed your mind. For example, if you bought a Jean pin, you cannot exchange it for a Diluc pin later.)

 

Reselling

After 30 days have passed from the delivery date indicated on the tracking number, you may resell the pin you purchased. You may not resell for more then 2x the drop price (regardless of shipping and fees). For example, if you bought a pin for $42 and paid $47 because of shipping from us to you, you still cannot price it over $84. However, the $84 does not have to include the shipping cost from you to the new buyer as we understand shipping costs may differ from location to location.

 

Trading

After 30 days have passed from the delivery date indicated on the tracking number, you may trade away the pin you purchased. Please do not trade pins that you have not received physically (e.g. preorder pins). Violation of any of these policies may result in a refund for pending orders and a permanent ban from any future orders.
